What we collect
What you give us. Your name and email when you join the Holy Glow list, buy something, send an inquiry or leave a testimonial, plus anything you write in those forms.
Purchases. Your name, email and what you bought. Card details are handled by Stripe or Gumroad and never reach us.
Booking. If you book a call, the name, email and time you choose on Google Calendar.
The basics every site sees. Our host keeps standard technical logs, like your IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure. Your browser also remembers that you closed the Lock In pop up, so it does not keep showing it. That stays on your device.
How we use it
To deliver what you bought, including your guides and the link to book your call.
To reply to inquiries and messages.
To email you about Holy Glow Society, only if you joined the list.
To show testimonials. If you send one, your words and the name you give may appear on this site after Madeline reviews it.
We do not sell or rent your information.
Who handles it
A few trusted services do the work behind the site, and each only gets what it needs: Stripe and Gumroad for payments, Resend for emails and the Holy Glow list, Web3Forms to deliver form messages to Madeline, Vercel to host the site, and Google Calendar for booking calls.
Emails
If you buy something, you will get emails about that purchase. You only get list emails if you joined the list. Every email has a Take me off the list button, and it works right away.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above. To have it removed, email byisaiahgoodrich@gmail.com. You will hear back within 30 days and your information will be deleted, except records we are required to keep for payments and taxes.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
Terms and refunds
What you are buying
The custom workout plan, the custom nutrition plan, both plans together and the End of Year Lock In are digital products. Prices are in US dollars and payment is handled by Stripe or Gumroad.
Refunds
End of Year Lock In: 7 day money back guarantee. If the Lock In is not for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of buying and you will get your money back. Request it through Gumroad, where you bought it, or email the address below.
Custom plans: no refunds once your plan has been sent. This covers the custom workout plan, the custom nutrition plan and both plans together.
If something went wrong with your order, email maddieworkwme@gmail.com and Madeline will make it right.
Health
Everything on this site, in the guides and in the plans is general education, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before you change how you eat or train, especially if you are pregnant, under 18, have a medical condition or injury, or have a history of disordered eating. Results are different for everyone. You are responsible for training safely and within your limits.

Your guides and plans are for you. Please do not share, resell or post them.
End of Year Lock In official rules
How to enter. Buy the End of Year Lock In on this site, then send Madeline your before and after photos in a direct message on Instagram at @maddie.grimming.
Deadline. Your before and after photos must reach Madeline by the end of December 31, 2026.
Who can enter. You must be 18 or older and have bought the Lock In.
How the winner is picked. Madeline picks the winner herself, based on the biggest transformation from before to after. Her decision is final.
The prize. One winner gets a gift basket of products from brands Madeline works with. The prize cannot be swapped for cash.
How the winner is told. The winner is told through an Instagram direct message after December 31. If the winner does not reply within 14 days, Madeline may pick another winner.
Refunds. If you take the 7 day money back guarantee, you are no longer entered.
Your photos. Your before and after photos are only shared publicly if you say yes.
